To The Gym!

For the past year and a half or so, going to the gym has been a fairly staple part of my routine. Sure, some weeks I may end up there 4 times and others I may skip going altogether, but it's something I at least think about doing every week. For a bit of background, I'm useless at every sport ever invented and until I started going to the gym, I did no exercise whatsoever so it's been quite important for me to focus on it, as I like to stay in fairly good shape!

Getting Back To It

I'll be the first to admit that ever since I left to go to University last September, I've been potentially the worst blogger possible. Whilst I'm not fussed about the idea of that causing a stunt in the growth of my blog or anything like that, I am upset it's happened because the past few months have been so eventful and I would have loved to have been documenting them as they have happened, and I'm distinctly aware that I've dropped out of the community of bloggers I'd immersed myself in over the summer almost completely.
So for that, I am sorry.

A Week in Exeter

As some of you may know, I've recently started a new job and part of that means having to travel around the country when you're needed to! This past week, I've been staying down in Exeter so I thought I'd write a post wrapping up all the things that I did.

Asking For It - Louise O'Neill

It's been a while since I reviewed a book on my blog because, frankly, it's been a while since I read a book! But Christmas always renews my love of reading and this year has been no exception. I've read a few books in the last couple of weeks but none have made me think quite as much as Asking For It by Louise O'Neill has done, so I thought I'd revive book posts with one all about it!

Three Little Things

I was reading Lauren's blog post yesterday where she talked about creating goals for 2016 that would lead to her becoming healthier and happier and decided to write a similar post of my own. 2015 for me was a year of getting things done and whilst it was very productive (everything from passing my driving test to getting into university), I can't help but feel like the time ran away from me and in my mind, it may as well still be March for how surreal most of it felt! Therefore my goals for this year are all around keeping me grounded in the moment and making the most of the time I do have. So without further ado..

Moving to University!

If you saw my Results Day post from August, you may have guessed why I've taken such a long break from blogging recently - I moved to university! It's been a crazy month filled with a lot more booze and less sleep than my body is used to, so it's been a bit of an adjustment!
